Asian Pears ~ Require pollinator ~ Zone 6-9

Chojuro is a brown to orange, russet-skinned variety with high sugar content.  The fruit is medium to large, often nearly a pound.  and excellent variety for gardeners with limited space.

Hosui bears a large pear with brownish-orange russeted skin and a deliciously sweet, crisp, juiciness and a fine flavor.  This blight-resistant tree is partially self-pollinating, but for maximum harvests pollinate with another variety.

Shinseiki is a beautiful, medium-large, yellow pear with sweet, juicy flesh.

Twentieth Century is a medium-large, round, yellow-skinned pear with a mild fragrance.  Although prone to bruising this pear can be stored for up to six months.
